A We stock a majority of our ribbons in our California warehouse. Out of stock items are back ordered three to four times a month. Q Are the color numbers the same for all the ribbons? A No, some items have different color numbers. Please check with your customer service representative if you are unsure. Q How can I convert your metric sizes into inches? A See chart below. A Our default shipping method is UPS Ground but express shipping is available upon request. FedEx is available using customer’s FedEx account. Q Can I track my order? A We currently do not have an online tracking system.     Payment Back to top     Q What are your accepted methods of payment? A You can pay for your order by credit card or COD. Company checks will only be accepted upon completing the credit reference form and approval.     Return Policy Back to top     Q What is your return policy? A No claims allowed after 5 days of receipt of goods.
